A name with a future.
The story behind the name.
Made for the real world.
What the score is, and what it is not.
Namepraise is a free read on a domain name. It scores the name as a future brand, from 0 to 100, across structure, phonetics, brand, meaning, and market. An availability hint sits beside the score and does not change it. The result is not a price appraisal.
The score is a weighted average of up to 22 criteria. Length, character set, TLD class, character pattern, and meaningful numbers are calculated directly. Phonetics, brand, meaning, and market are judged by Jev. Only criteria that apply are included. Offensive or NSFW content, spam or scam, and typosquatting can cap the score.
0–34 is Pass, 35–49 is Weak, 50–64 is Consider, 65–79 is Buy, and 80–100 is Strong buy. If model certainty is below 40%, the label is Review instead of that band. The percentage says how settled the model's answers were, not the chance the score is right.
No. Availability is a best-effort RDAP lookup and never changes the score. A missing registry record is not a promise that you can register the name. The score is not a trademark search or a legal opinion. Confirm availability, price, and conflicts before you buy.
Use it to compare names before you commit. Read the criteria that came out low, then check the name with a registrar and, for conflicts, with counsel. The same request can reuse a cached evaluation for about 30 minutes, so a repeat may not be a new judgment.
